Team Lead will be responsible for the oversight of performance and managing the team. Their goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively and efficiently so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. The Team Lead will also take suggestions and feedback from team members about how to improve and optimize products, tools, reporting, and the operational flow, and escalate them up to Research and Development.
The Team Lead's main responsibility is to maintain high-quality standards by effectively managing the performance of Lead Generation Specialists, Annotation Specialists, and Quality Assurance Specialists.
Job Duties
- Support Lead Generation Specialists, Annotation Specialists, and Quality Assurance Specialists by answering Annotation-related or account-specific questions.
- Understand all rules of claiming across all of Orfium’s clients as well as being knowledgeable of the full catalog of those clients.
- Making sure the team is aware of their daily responsibilities.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines and goals for the team in order to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate with team members daily and provide feedback related to performance.
- Take suggestions from team members about how to improve and optimize products, tools, and reporting, and escalate them to management.
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency of each team member throughout the day to ensure they are following Orfium’s best practices and addressing areas for improvement.
- Checking Quality Assurance Specialist’s claims daily, identifying mistakes, and ensuring that claims are being followed through on sufficiently.
- Provide strong lead generation for the team and send claimable content to Lead Generation Specialists daily.
- Provide resources to teach the Lead Generation Specialists how to find valuable claimable content autonomously especially if they are struggling.
Requirements
- Minimum of 06 months experience in the TikTok Claiming Team.
- Fully / Partially completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification related to Business Management / IT / Music Industry.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Time management and problem solving skills
- Ability multitask and a fast learner
- Positive attitude and people management skills
- Sound knowledge in music copyright claiming
- Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work extra / extended hours.
- Ability to work for the night shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) according to the SL calendar.
