Team Lead Sales

At Trusted Shops, we are looking for a management professional to lead one of our three sales teams in the Benelux. Our current team is characterized by stability, achieving targets, independence, customer focus, and a positive working atmosphere. In this position, you can have a positive impact on both the customer and the team.

Your team mainly actively approaches web shops to assess whether our solutions match their needs. The focus is on web shops that already generate considerable turnover and are looking for a comprehensive trust solution, both in the Netherlands and in Europe. You support your team members by, among other things, providing them with analyses, carefully following up on leads and advising and assisting in customer conversations. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance at Trusted Shops. This starts within your team. You therefore also work closely with other colleagues in the local management team and other support departments.


Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of experienced sales account executives focused on new business
  • Develop strategies and activities to enable and support your team in their operational sales activities 
  • Define and implement sales strategies with focus on new business and new customer acquisition 
  • Provide training and coaching in collaboration with our internal sales coach and enablement team 
  • Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Study market dynamics and competition to optimize our strategy.
  • Coordinate team activities for good mutual cooperation.
