About the team and position

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Team Lead to oversee our Treasury Operations Rebuilds team. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong ability to drive performance, foster collaboration, and lead continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in both tactical and strategic aspects of the role, providing actionable insights and mentorship to the team. Lead the development of team members by identifying learning opportunities and ensuring knowledge transfer. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, have a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire their team to meet and exceed business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

 

 What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and mentoring the Rebuilds team to ensure escalated accounts are resolved accurately and efficiently. This team handles critical cases where contracts need to be fixed due to errors, missing information, or process breakdowns.
  • Managing multiple JIRA tickets and queues, ensuring cases are prioritized correctly and resolved in a timely manner. Staying on top of the queue is crucial, as delays can impact customers, internal operations, and compliance.
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as Registration, Engineering, and Bridgecrest to troubleshoot and resolve complex contract issues. Strong cross-functional coordination is essential to drive resolutions and prevent recurring issues.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements—this team is ripe for innovation, and bringing a fresh perspective will be key to enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Proactively recommending changes to workflows, automation opportunities, and SOPs to streamline operations.
  • Monitoring key metrics and reporting trends, ensuring visibility into team performance, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Owning escalations and urgent cases, ensuring that high-impact contract fixes are handled with precision and urgency.
  • Proactively communicating with leadership regarding queue health, blockers, and recommendations for systemic fixes to prevent future rebuilds.
  • Fostering a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where the team is empowered to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.



What you should have/know

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to guide teams through complex challenges  and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in an ever changing environment
  • Experience working with auto titles, loans, etc. is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, necessary to to interact with direct reports, leadership, and external and internal customers and agencies. 
  • Computer literacy and data entry accuracy - strong excel proficiency preferred
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Willingness to take on new projects, even if that means learning something new
