As a Team lead Quality, you will lead a fast-growing team of Technical specialists that support the sales organization in selling sustainable solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing and improving processes in a rapidly changing environment.
Your team is responsible for:
Support the sales agents on technical questions about the product or about placement
Conduct quality checks on the plans that sales agents are creating
Act as a bridge between the product and operations team and the sales team, e.g., regarding adding new product features, simplifying installation processes, assessing customer requests
Create and facilitate regular training sessions to continuously improve the quality of our sales team
What you will do:
Manage, coordinate and support a team of 4-5 Technical specialists.
Be responsible for the professional growth of the team: review their performance, help set goals and reach them.
Be the point of contact for Technical specialists regarding their work-related issues.
Ensure that your team is the point of contact for all technical questions
Overlook the processes to identify and solve bottlenecks (in the short and long term).
Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!
