As a Team Lead, Payroll Onboarding, you balance team management with individual contribution. You have expertise in coordinating the onboarding process for our service professionals (our Pros) payroll services, and use your knowledge to develop and grow others. You strive for excellence in accuracy, providing Pros with a service that greatly impacts their business for the better. The Payroll Onboarding team is dedicated to making payroll seamless in order to champion our Pros. Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our Pros. Our success is their success.
What you do each day:
-Supervise and lead a team of payroll onboarding specialists, providing guidance and support
-Oversee the onboarding process for new Pros' payroll services, ensuring adherence to company standards
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to optimize the onboarding experience
-Serve as an escalation point for complex client inquiries or issues related to payroll onboarding
-Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance their knowledge and skills in payroll onboarding
-Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on team efficiency and Pro satisfaction
-Stay informed about industry trends, payroll regulations, and best practices for payroll services
-Act as a subject matter expert, assisting the team in resolving complex onboarding challenges
-Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and data security standards during the onboarding process
-Navigate other tasks and responsibilities as dictated by the evolving needs of our business
Qualifications:
-4+ years experience in full-time in customer success, implementation, account management, sales, or relevant field
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
-1+ years experience leading or mentoring others

-Understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and data security standards
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $26.69-$33.36 per hour. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
