You will steer and grow the retail operations team in the respective market.
You will lead the the day-to-day business of retail operations in the respective market.
You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retailer accounts (e.g. onboarding, order management, forecasting) as well as setting up promotions and price changes with the team
You will own, monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for respective accounts
You will constantly track the performance of our retailers and conduct regular operational account performance meetings together with internal and external partners for your market
You will collaborate and initiate process improvements with our Global Teams
You will work on optimizing our order intake processes
Who we're looking for
You ideally have gained first experience in a B2B environment related to logistics, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before
You are a highly structured person and manage taking care of several accounts, internal and external stakeholders
You feel power in working with and growing your team
You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions
You are proactive and constantly challenging the status quo
You have good MS Office skills
Fluent in English (German, Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus)
