We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Media Sales (m/f/d) to lead and develop the Media Sales Team in Italy. If you are interested in the role, please submit your application documents in English.
What you’ll do
- You will be commercially responsible for developing and implementing the Italian Media Sales strategy with focus on car manufacturers, finance and insurance customers.
- Successfully negotiate and close annual agency agreements.
- You will build and nurture long-term customer relationships with media agencies and advertisers.
- Identification of new business opportunities and further development of the Media product portfolio.
What you should bring:
- Multi-year experience in digital Media Sales, especially in the Automotive sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experienced in people development.
- Structured, goal-oriented thinker with a very good understanding of numbers and technical or process affinity.
- Fluent in English.
