- Leading international and interdisciplinary teams hierarchically and functionally
- Continuous fulfillment of administrative tasks e.g., Resource planning, cost controlling, HC alignment, Project Planning, OPS, etc.
- Secure continuous IT-knowledge sharing within IT Business Application Area and foster active contribution towards Global IT Business application Team Meetings
Execution
- Be the Administration Owner for Power Platform within IT Business application department
- Own the Application Management for Output Management Software e.g. Lasernet
- Be the overall Program Manager for Initiatives & Projects within IT Business Application area including Supervising and Risk Management around Projects
- Own and drive the EAM strategy of IT Business application team as well as the License Management
Planning & Alignment
- Ensure development of IT Business Application Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) and initiate activities for required integration
- Lead and manage IT projects within IT Business application area on demand
- Contribute to IT Business Application global Strategy and Roadmap
- Guide and propose where TV IT should be going based on IT Megatrends
- Support the generation of Statement of Work (SoW) with vendors/contractors if needed
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical discipline
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in area of IT Application Management based on D365 CRM, D365 SCM & D365 FIN as core competency
- Ability to identify technical requirements for the team and ensure proper training is conducted for the same
- Ability to handle projects up to 1-5 M€ range and Project team of around 10-50 people
- Responsible to provide global budget planning and secure regular checks to meet budget targets
- Ability to drive project team(s) (Waterfall & Scrum)
- Domain technical expertise and expert in Enterprise Software’s from Microsoft in the area of D365, Power platform and Azure
- Good know-how of Subscription Management Business processes
- Ability to interact with the Suppliers and support formulation of contracts & contract negotiations
