The Internal Tools team develops and maintains software that powers Quatt’s Marketing, Sales, and Operations processes. This includes everything from the website's savings check to order payments and planning.
As the Team Lead Internal Tools, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the software that supports our sales, marketing and operations teams, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You’ll collaborate closely with these teams, implementing features across the full stack. Most processes in Quatt are driven or supported by software, and the building and support of these tools will be in your hands. We work with both code and low-code solutions, and part of your job will be to work with both and use the right tools.
What you will do:
You will oversee the development process, ensuring that our internal tools are efficient, effective, and delivered on time.
Ensure your team takes responsibility for keeping our operations running smoothly.
As a People and Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately six people, overseeing stakeholder management, and defining the architecture and technology strategy. You'll collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align the roadmap and adjust priorities as needed.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand the business needs and provide technical guidance. You know your way around tools like Hubspot (our CRM) and other SAAS platforms, as well as code.
You will ensure that our applications are scalable, maintainable, and built to last.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for enhancing our internal processes and supporting our growth.
