Team Lead, Financial Control

• Generate informative financial reports to management on the activities and performance of each unit in the bank.
• Provide financial information for bank’s budget review.
• Review and certify capital and operating expenses to ensure they are in line with budget allocation.
• Provide management with timely, well analyzed and in-depth information as inputs for preparing the corporate budget for the bank.
• Monitor and generate analysis on the banks operating and capital expenses to ensure conformity with bank’s budget
• Supervise preparation of customers accounts profitability reports.
• Perform detailed analysis of SBUs performance to identify basis for deviations from plans and present result to management.
• Monitor performance of SBUs in attaining established objectives.  Recommend corrective actions as necessary when Divisional or Group objectives are not met.
• Monitor closely and advise operating units and business units on their budgetary plans.
• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the group and guide their activities to ensure the achievement of their current to medium-term strategies.
• Review and ensure optimal utilization of human and material resource allocation within the group and make recommendations to the CFO.
• Develop Unit Heads and monitor their performance in order to enhance their abilities and tactical management skills.
• Review and agree short term action plans of such unit within the group with the Unit Head
• Any other duties assigned. 

Requirements

• First degree in any discipline, ACCA, & MBA.

• knowledge on Banking Law/Regulation

• Minimum Experience: 8 - 10years in banking, 4 years of which should be in Performance Management, Tax Management, Cost and Management Accounting and Budgeting.
