Your Role: Team Lead Design

As our Team Lead Design, you’ll play a key part in shaping the visual content for our campaigns, especially when it comes to video ads on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll lead a talented team of designers and motion specialists, guiding them through the creative process to produce content that gets results while helping them grow in their roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Collaborate: Build and mentor a team of creative specialists, managing everything from initial concepts to final edits, particularly for video and motion graphics.
• Focus on Social Video Ads: Develop and produce video ad content that stands out on social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, all while driving performance.
• Creative Planning: Work with marketing managers and other teams to make sure the creative strategies are aligned with client goals and that each project leads to great results.
• Foster Innovation: Lead brainstorming sessions and help your team come up with fresh ideas. You'll explore new styles and concepts that connect with audiences and boost performance.
• Performance-Based Design: Partner with our experimentation and data teams to improve designs by using real performance data. Your goal is to keep improving how well our ads work.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in design and social video, and bring that knowledge into your team’s work to create content that resonates across digital channels.
• Support Your Team: Encourage an open, creative atmosphere where team members feel empowered to try new things and develop their skills, especially in video and motion design.

What You Bring:

• Experience leading a team of young professionals in video production, motion design, or similar fields.
• Experience in creating engaging social video ads.
• An understanding of performance marketing and how design plays a part in driving results.
• Enthusiasm for developing and mentoring young professionals
• Proficiency with design tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and others.
• Curiosity about emerging trends in social video and digital advertising.

• Do you have the ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing design team?
• Do you have expertise in developing innovative, performance-driven ad creative strategies?
• Being proficiency in producing high-quality visuals and ad creatives optimized for performance across digital platforms sounds like you.
• A strong ability to use data and insights to improve design and creative outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment.
