Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the adtech or digital advertising industry. A strategic thinker with a proven track record of customer satisfaction capable of managing and inspiring a high-performing team.

This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our Stockholm office. A remote option is available in Gothenburg or Malmö.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in media planning, reporting, and data analysis to enhance team effectiveness

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the CSM team to achieve individual and team OKRs

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients

  • Collaborate with business development and ad operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Collaborate with local leadership for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and internal performance analysis

  • Work closely with the marketing department to ensure all sales materials are available to the CSM team and clients

  • Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies and channels to provide strategic insights and recommendations
