Team Lead, CDMS

  • Spool the day's request from the cheque management system
  • Format and forward the day's request to Camelot and copy BSHS and CCOS
  • Responsible for all queries from branches in respect to cheque books.
  • Update and maintain both hard and soft COT files for review as required.
  • Supervise retagging requests.
  • Maintain sweep and standing order on FLEXCUBE FCC upon requests.
  • Update and maintain both hard and soft sweep and standing order files for review as required.
  • Record all outstanding and errors on issue sheet or error log as appropriate.
  • Open and maintain received accounts opening packs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Ensure the dispatch all opened account packs to respective branches latest by the third day of receipt.
  • Update and maintain excel data and registers on daily accounts opened and save on CDMS shared folder.
  • Responsible for account maintenances such as PND, account status change, account reactivation and other requests.
  • Supervises maintenance of all filing, documentation and registers relating to your job.
  • Any other duties assigned/deemed necessary.

Requirements

  • A good first degree in any discipline.
  • Knowledge on Banking Law/Regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in banking/ financial services
