Leading Technology Client is seeking to assemble a DEV team SQUAD to bolster our existing product engineering teams for tackling backlog tasks. The primary focus of this team will involve reading, modifying, and maintaining existing code, with occasional development of new features, particularly expanding existing functionalities to new geographies and locales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of C++ developers, collaborate with product engineering teams to understand code complexity and optimize solutions.
- Utilize solid C++ development experience to read, modify, and write code, with proficiency in C++17
- Demonstrate expertise in C++ concepts including templating, lambda expressions
- Possess a deep understanding of algorithmic complexities, data structures such as trees and graphs, and problem-solving techniques like sliding window and binary search.
- Maintain adaptability to swiftly respond to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts.
Requirements
- C++: Proficient in C++17 with demonstrable experience in templating, lambda expressions, and problem-solving abilities;
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and project requirements;
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Angular/Typescript/HTML/Front End: Familiarity with presentation layer technologies like Angular, Typescript, and HTML for potential frontend tasks;
- Prior experience with configuration management is desirable, as the team will be involved in updating configuration files to release existing features to new locales.
