Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete employee performance reviews and manage KPIs.
  • Manage attendance reports and vacation requests, informing counterparts in the US, and planning coverage to ensure operations are not affected.
  • Collaborate with operations managers, Heads of Office, and US stakeholders.
  • Update internal and external portals with shipment details when needed.
  • Understand clients' inquiries regarding shipment statuses and issue resolution, and get involved in day-to-day operations when needed.
  • Ensure systems are running correctly.
  • Conduct monthly meetings and coaching sessions with managers.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: English fluency (B2 High - C1).
  2. Experience:
  • Team Lead experience.
  • Experience in leadership roles.
