The Position

As Team Lead of Accounting, you will play a pivotal role within our finance organization, working closely with the Finance Director. You will also collaborate with our FP&A, Tax, Business, and Global Reporting teams to enhance and streamline our financial reporting processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the accounting team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance.
• Overseeing the successful execution of audits and ensuring the accurate application of IFRS accounting standards.
• Strengthening and maintaining our internal controls program to safeguard financial accuracy and integrity.
• Participating in technical accounting discussions and contributing to strategic accounting initiatives that drive operational efficiency and compliance.

What We Are Looking for in a Candidate:

• Degree in Accounting (DSCG or from a business school)
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Solid expertise in both French GAAP and IFRS
• Extensive experience with ERP systems (familiarity with Oracle is a plus)
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrates rigor, adaptability, and autonomy
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
