In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers who handle paying accounts and ensure successful service delivery, client satisfaction, and business retention. If you're someone who mentors and coachs team members, manages key client relationships, and helps to set strategic goals for account growth, we'd love to hear from you!
Your new adventure:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of account managers to achieve performance targets
- Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, discuss performance, and address challenges
- Develop training programs and professional development initiatives for the team
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assist with resolving escalated client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Track performance metrics, and ensure that goals are met
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, implementing action plans as necessary
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for client account growth and retention
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios and work with account managers to capitalize on them
- Ensure that the team is aligned with company-wide objectives and goals
Does this look like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of CRM software and account management processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends or improvement areas
