Team Director, Account Management

The Team Director will oversee a team of Mid-Market  Account Directors who  play a pivotal role in the rapidly growing digital and mobile industry, leveraging Sensor Tower's platform insights and digital and mobile industry expertise. Account Directors consult our Mid-Markets clients, enabling them to make informed business decisions and stay competitive  across mobile first, brand, gaming and ad tech teams. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing and driving business policies, objectives and initiatives. You will plan strategies for account retention and growth as well as work with different business partners across the organizations to establish goals and sales targets.You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Account Management.

Salary: $140,000 - $145,000

What the Team Director will do:

  • Manage a team of Account Directors focusing on renewals, upsells, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth.
  • Communication of strategic plans to account teams, and oversee the implementation and execution of those plans.
  • Interface with and supports Sensor Tower Account Directors, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Executive teams.  
  • Identify and resolve issues/problems encountered by our customers acting as an Executive Sponsor on high profile or Strategic account
  • Conducting regular Business Reviews to ensure our plan is aligned with customer business objectives and strategies.
  • Design and maintain reports used in sales analysis.Conduct C-level discussions with clients to strategize and address their use cases with our platform.
  • Bridge the gap between product teams and customers, effectively managing expectations on feature requests and releases.Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within your customer base.
  • Deliver training, analytics, insights, and best practices to Account Director teams under your management

Exeperience the candidate can bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, selling technical and complex solutions in a data based SaaS environment is required
  • 3+ years experience managing sales teams that support large brand logos and complex accounts
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate business conceptsAdaptable with a positive attitude and desire to collaborate
  • Highly organized with the ability to track and coordinate a wide series of tasksIs available to travel 2-3 times annually
