ABOUT US

Our company is the global leader in cloud-based mobility solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and unparalleled service to clients worldwide. We are committed to driving success through exceptional software, client experiences, and strategic partnerships. The Equus Global Mobility Platform is the market-leading end-to-end solution for managing employee needs for all mobility types. Our clients, in the public and private sectors, leverage our technology solutions and digital transformation to address their most challenging issues.

The Equus Global Mobility Platform encompasses tax solutions built into the Tax and Compliance Engines to support all types of mobility, including remote work, business travel, one-way relocation, commuters, project work, and traditional long- and short-term assignments. Within the Platform, the Tax Engine powers cost estimates, compensation and expense grossup calculations, and the Compliance Engine assesses income tax and social security obligation risks for business travelers using double tax treaties and social security agreements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director of Tax Solutions, you will lead the Equus Software tax team and collaborate across the Company to offer market-leading global mobility tax solutions.

You must have extensive experience in process management and testing techniques to guide the team in delivering quality releases every two months that add value to our clients.

You will be part of our senior leadership team, reporting to the President, and will advise on and lead the implementation of tax strategies in achieving our Company’s goals.

In collaboration with other teams, you will advise and oversee the tax experts in the Global Client Solutions team to ensure we design and configure optimal tax solutions to meet our clients’ unique requirements. You will also support Sales and Marketing teams in our pursuit of attracting new business and engaging existing clients by attending sponsored events and publishing website content.
