About the Team
At Tata Digital Design, we are building user research capabilities to bring in user centricity in the product & services we are building.

As a part of user research team, you will be working at the cusp of business, product & design teams giving you a perfect chance to make 3600 impact on the overall product/ Tata Neu offerings.


Overview of the role
The UX Research role is responsible to uncover user secrets via conducting in-depth consumer research studies (Qualitative + Quantitative). In addition, the purpose of this role is to be an agent of design thinking process & boost the collaborative product building process at Tata Digital.

Responsibilites
  • UX Research role is responsible to uncover user secrets via conducting in-depth consumer research studies (Qualitative + Quantitative). In addition, the purpose of this role is to be an agent of design thinking process & boost the collaborative product building process at Tata Digital.
  • Synthesize & distill data to find patterns/ insights that drive the way we understand and design for our customers.
  • Identify the product need gaps & deliver actionable insights to impact the product decisions.
  • Craft a detailed report of research findings & present it to stakeholders as well as leadership team.
  • Conduct co-creation sessions with cross functional teams to solve for the identified gaps/ opportunity areas. Help product team in building truly customer centric journeys.
  • Work on tight schedule as per the requirement of different research studies.
Qualifications
  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in design/psychology/HCI/cognitive sciences preferred.
  • 2-5 Years working Experience as design / UX researcher in digital product domain. A strong portfolio of the work is necessary to showcase the same.
  • Proficient in planning and conducting end to end research studies of different ranges which are suitable for different product stages. (behavioral research to usability testing.
  • Thorough knowledge of design thinking process and well versed with qualitative & quantitative research methodologies.
  • Expert in data synthesis to deliver actionable insights impacting product & business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate research findings ideas, and suggestions to business as well as product team. Must be good at creating compelling presentations to convey the research findings with impact.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a strong cohesive cross functional teams.
