We are looking for a talented Product design manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in designing user experiences for mobile applications. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the design project in creating compelling, user-centered designs across various platforms.
Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a high-quality user experience.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
Expertise in prototyping tools to breathe life into design ideas, fostering clear communication with stakeholders & developers.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new ideas to enhance our design practices.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
Requirements:
7 to 9 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proven experience leading and managing design projects and teams.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and strategies.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
