Talent Team Intern

Daxko is looking for a Talent Team Intern! Under the team’s guidance, you will provide administrative support across the Talent team (HR/Recruiting), gaining experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, Onboarding, and HRIS.

The Talent Team Intern reports to the HR Manager. 

In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Assist with interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers with an emphasis on providing a quality candidate experience
• Assist with resume reviews and candidate dispositioning
• Support the Talent team with administrative tasks (benefits, onboarding, etc.)
• Assist the Daxko Culture Committee with event planning and activities to engage our team members
• Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement through intern projects
• Learn, learn, learn! And have some fun!

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level program – HR, Business, or preferred 
• Passionate about inclusion and diversity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be tech-savvy (Social media platforms, MS Office, Slack, Zoom)
• Willingness to learn and open to professional growth
• Must be available to work in-office at least 3 days/week
