We're looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our People team and help Gearset reach our ambitious growth plans over the next 6 months. We need a pro-active sourcer who can identify and develop a pipeline of technical candidates using multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, boolean keyword searching and networking to identify top talent for Gearset.
What’s the opportunity for a Talent Sourcing Partner at Gearset?
- You’ll work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partners helping them scale our engineering and product functions by sourcing the very best talent
- You’ll join our weekly hiring meetings to ensure you understand the skills, talent and roles we need to grow
- You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels. This involves conducting thorough screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Gearset
- You’ll build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- You’ll use metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies and make suggestions for areas for improvement
What you’ll achieve
- Source potential and passive technical candidates through direct channels, social media, sourcing, extensive research and relationship building
- Market mapping talent hubs across the UK
- Develop pipelines of talent for key roles and future hiring needs
- Be our brand ambassador - getting candidates excited and motivated to apply, explaining our product, company values and what it is like to work at Gearset
- Own the candidate experience - you will be passionate about ensuring that every candidate gets the best experience at every stage of the process with us
- Analyse, track and report on your sourcing pipeline
About you
- You’ll have previous experience in resourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong research and candidate generation skills
- Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills

- Salary is between negotiable depending on experience
- This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 3 days a week in the office)
