About the Role

The Sourcer is responsible for managing the sourcing and attraction of candidates for positions at Pagaya. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our recruiter and hiring teams, continually enhancing your understanding of our business, hiring goals, and talent benchmarks. Your primary tasks will include finding, engaging, and guiding candidates through the recruiting and hiring process.
You will lead the sourcing efforts, engage with potential candidates, develop robust talent pipelines, and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS). Your goal will be to deliver highly qualified and engaged candidates into the recruiting funnel and improve the overall hiring experience for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various talent pools to proactively seek potential candidates.
  • Review and filter resumes to identify top candidates that align with our technical and professional requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and engage with candidates to evaluate their fit for various roles within the company.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sourcing and screening resumes within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape in Israel.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
