Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is seeking an energetic, well-organized, and proactive Talent Sourcing Intern with the desire to develop Intelligence Community sourcing and recruiting experience. In this role you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiters to support various aspects of recruiting, from sourcing candidates on various platforms to recruiting administrative needs and the use of tracking tools. You will have the chance to learn about different recruitment tools and techniques, develop your communication and organizational skills, and gain insights into the inner workings of a dynamic recruiting department. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work autonomously. This position is a direct report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
This role is an integral to the operations of our business and is critical to our company’s high-volume and fast-paced hiring needs. You will deliver results through your sourcing efforts with the potential to grow your experience while being part of a motivated team. This role will be instrumental in bolstering our capability to attract and retain the best and brightest talent for RGi and our clients.

As a Talent Sourcing Intern you will...

  • Communicate with Talent Acquisition Manager to identify experience of desired talent
  • Source, sort, and filter through resumes and candidate profiles to select talent for open requisitions
  • Upload potential matched candidate resumes to ATS/Sharepoint and notify Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Complete daily priorities and tasks with daily touch points
  • Various administrative tasks (i.e. spreadsheet tracking, resume notes, etc.) and communication via email and slack to complete daily responsibilities

  • Possess a genuine heart and passion for working with a team and meeting goals.
  • Must have a task-oriented mind-set, self-starter, and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve results under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative setting.
  • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.

Additional skills we'd like to see:

  • 1-2 years of HR related experience
  • 1-2 years of actively pursuing a post-secondary education in HR related field
  • Previous administrative or recruiting experience `
