The Talent Sourcing Associate plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support our organization's growth and objectives. This individual leverages various sourcing methods and tools to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our US and Bangladesh roles. This position offers the opportunity to be in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Dhaka, BD.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates by utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing exceptional experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
What you’ll need:
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Preferably BBA in HRM or a related field from any reputed public or private university.
- Experience in sourcing for positions within the US (preferred)
Working Hours:
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Salary Range:
- BDT 40,000 - 50,000 (Monthly)
