We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Sourcer with a focus on Technical hires to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of IT and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Talent Sourcing:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Help the TA partners schedule screening interviews
Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and other evaluation processes.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with TA partners to understand company hiring needs
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to the TA Manager
Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing expectations and timelines
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the talent market.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
Minimum of 2 years of talent sourcing experience, focusing on tech roles (developers QAs, ML/AI, etc.).
Proven track record of successful hires in technology or related industries.
Strong understanding of IT roles and the nuances of hiring for these positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with the talent market
