What You Will Be Doing
Our job is to find bright and talented people to join us and take part of Swissquote. It means actively looking for those people, contacting and bringing them on the path to joining us. In some cases, it is like looking for a needle in the haystack, so it requires patience, curiosity, and persistence.
- Work in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers to build creative sourcing strategies
- Actively source and screen candidates on professional networks for Software engineers positions in our Bucharest Tech Hub and our Headquarters in Switzerland
- Contact people, incite them to engage and provide a great candidate experience
- Take part in projects related to Employer Branding
- Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the global Talent Acquisition and Management team
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our pipeline strategy
- Drive sourcing data quality and provide insights to top-management
What you will bring
- You have a first similar experience in Talent Sourcing, knowledge of a in fast-growing tech environment would be a great asset
- Linkedin recruiter, Google X-ray and Boolean search have no secret for you
- You are creative and problem-solving, able to provide new sourcing strategies in a tight recruitment market
- You are a team player, willing to develop yourself within a local and global team
