The Role

Come join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Mexico! You will play a pivotal role in helping us build and scale our talent pipelines, ensuring we attract and engage top-tier candidates for SimplePractice. Partnering with our recruiters, hiring managers, and sourcing counterparts in the U.S., you will help discover and connect with exceptional professionals across various roles.

You're someone who has a passion for talent sourcing and thrives on proactively identifying and engaging with top talent. You excel at building relationships, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow as a Sourcer, while also sharing your expertise with your team. Most importantly, you take pride in your work and enjoy every part of the sourcing process, helping to build a strong foundation for SimplePractice’s continued success

Responsibilities

  • Experience: +4 years in recruitment, sourcing, or young talent attraction.
  • Proficiency in active search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Boolean Search, and ATS.
  • Previous experience in university recruitment events, job fairs, or young talent programs (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Greenhouse, Lever,), Google Suite, and Talent CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and headhunting strategies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation tools 
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented and a team player.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

 

Monthly Compensation Range

MXN $40,000 - $50,000 per month 

Base salary is one component of total compensation. 

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
