About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the teams in our Manila office. As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist on this team, you will craft compelling narratives that highlight Snappr’s unique culture and values, transforming it into an attractive destination for top talent. By leveraging innovative content and strategic social media engagement, they connect with the right candidates and nurture relationships. Ultimately, they blend creativity and analytics to shape a vibrant employer brand that resonates with diverse talent and drives organizational success.

What you'll do:

  • Develop Employer Branding strategies and implement strategies to attract top talent and enhance company reputation.
  • Produce engaging content to showcase company culture and employee experiences.
  • Manage social media channels to promote job openings and engage with candidates.
  • Design campaigns to nurture relationships with potential candidates.
  • Analyze metrics and trends to improve recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Work with the People & Culture and Marketing teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing and/or Employer Branding
  • Proficient in social media platforms including LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Intermediate Data Analytics experience
  • Experience in Graphic Design
  • Experience in SEO is plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
