Position Overview: 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer Intern support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates for our Company.
You will work closely with our recruiting team to ensure we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.
This role handles sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
You will develop & apply sourcing strategies for different roles. Non-experienced candidates encouraged to apply.  
  
Key Responsibilities:   
  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter,  
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, 
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles 
  • Assist recruiters with job postings and schedule interviews 
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies,  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite), 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the sourcing and interview process,  
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.  
 
Qualifications: 
  • Ongoing study in Human Resources or related field or existing BA degree and ongoing master study 
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role is an advantage but career starters are also welcome.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English AND German is an advantage (both in verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
