About the Role

As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline for our technical teams. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and screen top technical talent. Your expertise in sourcing and understanding the technical skill set landscape will ensure we bring in highly qualified candidates who align with our company’s mission and culture.

This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify & Engage Talent: Leverage various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, etc.) to find top-tier technical talent for our engineering, product, and IT roles. 
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain talent pools of high-caliber technical candidates by actively networking, building relationships, and keeping track of potential future hires. 
  • Collaborate with Recruiters: Partner with technical recruiters and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand specific technical hiring needs.  May be asked to cover candidate screens for Recruiters. 
  • Diversity Sourcing: Proactively source candidates from diverse backgrounds to support our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. 
  • Data-Driven Sourcing: Utilize recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and deliver sourcing metrics and reports
  • Lead Sourcing Sessions: Lead various sourcing sessions for the global team to calibrate and upskill the wider Talent Acquisition team.

 

Skills We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in technical recruitment (engineering, software, development, product management) within fast-paced environments 
  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting or sourcing experience within startups or fast-growing tech companies
  • Ability to build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Ability to provide efficient and effective candidate experience
  • Strong passion for sourcing talent via LinkedIn, market making, email sequencing tools and/or boolean strings
  • Ability to thrive remotely and adapt quickly to rapidly changing hiring needs
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to follow process and best practices
  • Understanding of industry trends and common recruiting metrics
  • Experience with recruiting tooling: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights (preferred)
