You’ll be joining a special group of people who learned the ropes at companies like Stripe, Google, Atlassian, Twitter, Airbnb, Looker, NEA, Bain, and more.
You will join our small but impactful recruiting team as one of the first recruiting hires! We’re looking for someone to take the end-to-end ownership of sourcing and engaging with candidates while also stepping into coordinator's shoes, managing and organizing our recruiting process. Our recruiting team is a critical driver of Assembled’s success, and you will be playing a key role in identifying and engaging top talent, supporting our growth by building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring our recruitment operations are seamless.
This is an excellent role if you are at the early stages of your career in recruiting, with a particular interest in sourcing, and are eager to expand your skills and knowledge in these areas to quickly advance in your career!

The estimated base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
