RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement working practices that motivate employees and support their health and wellbeing
  • Maintain awareness of the physical and emotional welfare of employees, and provides counselling when required.
  • Participate on the implementation of organizational strategies for employee engagement.
  • Ensure that managers provide a productive working environment that motivates employees and supports their health and wellbeing
  • Initiate productive working practices for remote, virtual and onsite working and ensures the availability of support for employees
  • Proactively identify the needs for improvement and suggest the initiative autonomously that bring the added values for my stakeholders. 
  • Act as a full project life-cycle owner for such dedicated innovative projects in scope of the work. 
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leaders to define the budget for particular programs with respect to financial management and business goals and needs
  • Communicate business direction, policy and purpose where these may drive or affect employee engagement
  • Ensure clear communication of delegated tasks and provides sufficient autonomy to motivate and empower individuals
  • Involved in planning and executing the employee engagement programs and processes and provide full support to our team when it comes to organization of such programs. 
  • Involved in global programs and processes and strongly collaborate with global partners to ensure the high quality standard delivery across the globe.
  • Perform routine administration activities in a structured environment
  • Follow clear procedures and uses standard digital tools
  • Make simple travel and meeting arrangements within standard guidelines
  • Assist with administrative tasks for a team
  • Act as a touchpoint for internal and external contacts.
  • Act as a routine contact point between the organization and suppliers concerning contract management
  • Wisely set the collaboration and maintain the perfect contract conditions with our existing service provider with the aim to keep a high standard of provided services or to participate in new contracts and services negotiations 
  • Negotiate and resolve contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual obligations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience with:
