About the Job

We are looking for a Talent Senior Associate to join our Talent team, supporting our recruiting efforts for the Redesign Health and our portfolio companies. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition and operational efficiency, with a keen eye for sourcing top candidates and managing smooth recruitment processes. In this role, you’ll support Redesign Health’s continued growth by sourcing and interviewing exceptional talent, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent team to facilitate and optimize hiring workflows. Your efforts will directly contribute to Redesign Health's mission to scale groundbreaking healthcare solutions.

Please note this is a contact to hire position and you must be willing to work hours that overlap 5 hours per day with Eastern Standard Time. 

The role will be working onsite in the Redesign Health Bengaluru office. 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to support the Ventures team and other Redesign Health initiatives.
  • Handle initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with the role and company culture, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage interview logistics, coordinating schedules across time zones, confirming availability, and sending out detailed calendar invites to candidates and interviewers.
  • Assist hiring managers with candidate assessments, tracking and managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a consistent flow of information to streamline hiring processes.
  • Assist with overall talent operations, including Greenhouse management, email templates, and other miscellaneous requests 

What You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of recruiting or coordination experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally in healthcare, technology, or startup sectors.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools for candidate tracking and engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in English.
