Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Talent Recruiter to help us grow and scale with top talent! As a Talent Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, at times leading first-in-kind searches. You'll partner with leaders and interview teams across functions to plan and execute an efficient hiring process and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our candidates. We’re looking for a recruiter who can flexibly pivot as business needs change, embrace new ideas, and offer ideas to constantly improve our recruiting function. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to offer) for multiple roles across our business (engineering, design, internal operations, commercial, and more)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans and assessment strategies based on hiring goals
  • Source and maintain ongoing relationships with top talent for current and future positions, ensuring we reach diverse talent pools
  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with our company’s core values and long-term fit
  • Provide professional and timely communication with both candidates and hiring managers about progress, feedback, decisions, and next steps
  • Partner with hiring teams to ensure our commitment to building diverse, equitable teams through an inclusive interview process
  • Use data to evaluate the health of your pipelines and action strategies to continuously improve recruiting outcomes
  • Serve as a positive brand ambassador able to effectively communicate our company’s value proposition, roles, and benefits to candidates throughout all interactions (e.g. messaging, interviews, offer delivery)
  • Effectively use recruiting/hiring tools and follow processes to maintain SLAs and data integrity

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting for roles ideally related to engineering, technology, design, digital products, data, or AI/ML
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates in a highly competitive industry/market 
  • Can manage a high-volume of candidates and diverse set of reqs
  • Committed to sourcing underrepresented talent and providing an inclusive hiring process
  • Experience establishing consultative relationships and building trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • Can flexibly adapt recruiting strategies and processes to changing business requirements and headcount plans 
  • Proficient in communicating and writing in English

Bonus Points

  • Experience with executive and/or director-level recruiting
  • In-house recruiting experience, preferably within the tech or design industry
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize data to influence hiring decisions and improve processes
  • Experience with our current tech stack: Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling software
