  • Taking ownership of assigned positions, including the creation of job descriptions and job postings. 
  • Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates for assigned and required positions.
  • Engaging with potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the application process from end to end. 
  • Performing interview screenings, evaluating candidates' English proficiency, assessing cultural alignment, and validating position-specific qualifications
  • Keeping organized records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including detailed documentation of scorecards and candidate interactions.
  • Coordinating the next steps in the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication, and providing necessary closure to candidates based on assessment outcomes.
  • Generating Tech profiles and conducting ongoing searches for job references. 
  • Providing support during onboarding processes and assisting with other administrative tasks. 
  • Provide support to our Talent Specialists in day-to-day tasks.
  • Actively participating in job fairs, recruitment events, and other relevant events.
  • Studies in Human Resources or other relevant fields. 
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Promote a culture of transparency by maintaining open communication channels within the company and ensuring clear, honest, and accessible recruitment processes for potential candidates
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
  • Skillful at conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.

What about languages?

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!


How much experience must I have?

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
