Box’s Talent Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining world-class talent. We do that by fostering an environment that keeps Boxers growing, productive, and happy. The Talent Programs team plays a crucial role in the efficiency and scalability of the broader Talent Team at Box. This Talent Programs Generalist role reports into the Talent Programs Team and supports the execution of projects, programs, and tasks delivered by the Organization & Talent Development team. We are looking for a hands-on partner who will drive existing programs for the local market, as well as the broader EMEA & US regions, provide support for other Box-wide initiatives, and collaborate with Program Managers to execute our daily program operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate and administer the New Hire Orientation program in EMEA
- Leads and facilitates engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and virtual sessions in the New Hire Orientation
- Performs ad hoc admin, coordination and support tasks that span global Organization and Talent Development programs (LearnFest, Performance, Surveys, Promotions, Development)
- Act as a super-user and subject matter expert for our Org & Talent Development systems (ex: WorkRamp LMS, Culture Amp, Workday) and support User Acceptance Testing as needed
- Manage projects through to completion either alone or as part of a project team
- Supports the Org & Talent Development team in development of training to multiple levels of employees throughout the company
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with cross functional teams outside of the Talent team (People Ops, Legal, etc.)
- Focus on enablement and building out resources for the Org & Talent Development team
- Represent Box Poland internally and externally
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Development, Organization Development, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and stay organized
- Interest or experience designing and implementing new processes; a passion for process and achieving efficiencies
- Assess, communicate and complete project milestones with manager and team members in a time sensitive manner
- Strong English writing and editing skills

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
