The Role

The DMPK lab team performs a range of assays and reports fundamental DMPK assay results and parameters. As part of the DMPK lab team, you may take responsibility for an area of expertise (eg bioanalysis, enzyme phenotyping, metabolic stability in microsomes and hepatocytes, supporting IVIVC).

You could also potentially work within the DMPK project rep team to support our expanding discovery and development pipeline. This would involve engaging fully in cross-functional project teams to profile lead compounds/drug candidates, take responsibility for IVIVC, PK/PD and PBPK modelling, and ultimately to translate from in vitro data and in vivo non-clinical studies to predict pharmacokinetics, efficacy and safety in patients.
