Talent Partner (Volume Recruiter)

The Talent Partner I will be an integral support to our Milhouse Forestry, LLC. team through sourcing and hiring Vegetation Foreman, Vegetation Management Grounds People, Bucket Operators and more. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining our Talent CRM, conducting group on-the-spot hires, partnering with your onboarding peers for post hire activities and acting as a brand ambassador to grow our market presence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline based on open roles, forecasted roles and/or nice-to-have talent sourced via LinkedIn, company website, indeed, glass door, referrals and all other networking including networking events
  • Manage the applicant flow and candidate experience with direct contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and alike platforms
  • Co-interview with hiring managers based on their hiring needs alongside Talent Management and fellow Talent peers to support in the successful sourcing
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews on behalf of Talent Manager and Hiring Managers as the discretion of the Talent Manager
  • Execute the hiring process and partner with onboarding for post hire activities including providing follow up support for delayed background checks and alike.
  • Maintain and streamline the Talent CRM system, SharePoint and R drive.
  • Maintain and support the development of position descriptions.
  • Compliance and management of the Talent CRM system; manage candidate progress and dispositioning, manage CRM dashboard.
  • Support in the development of job postings and management of through the Talent CRM, Indeed and other social media platforms auditing including job posts
  • Managing certain tracking reports on behalf of the Talent Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service both to internal partners and external; added level of communication, liaison and follow up on behalf of the Talent Team
  • Minute taking and distribute action items with regular follow up
  • Nurture our talent database and promote such candidates throughout the organization

Education and Experience:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Ideally, a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience in a Talent Sourcer, Talent Coordinator or recruitment role.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years + as a Talent Sourcer, Talent Coordinator, Recruiter or similar field within high ‘volume’ recruitment
