Job Overview:
The Meet Group is seeking a Talent Partner Specialist to join our Acquisition Team. This role will be remote, but based in our New Hope office and reports to the SVP of Community & Content. The TPS initiates and maintains long-term, meaningful relationships with independent contractors and talent agencies from the social media, entertainment, and live-streaming landscape. Through these business relationships, the TPS brings new, diverse, and entertaining content creators to TMG’s suite of live-streaming social media platforms. The TPS will be tasked with implementing processes and structures to manage a growing Talent Partner pipeline, supply data for partner performance management and coaching, and work to develop new advancements to improve our service in the future.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience in Sales, Account Management, Vendor Relations, Business Partner Relations, Program Management, or related experience. Preferred industries include, but are not limited to: Live-streaming, Broadcast, New Media, Social Media Influencer Marketing, Digital Media Technology, Entertainment, Music, or Hospitality industries.
A successful TPS is highly detail oriented and diligent in their work, self-sufficient and intrinsically motivated, has a desire to build meaningful relationships, can manage a multitude of relationships at once, and has effective communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Screen profiles of live-streamers who are referred to our platforms by third party partners against our Live Guidelines to ensure compliance with our content and moderation standards and overall eligibility according to contract terms.

Utilize our CRM to document streamer profile information, associated third party representative(s), promotion period dates, task reminders, or pertinent notes of said user history.

Apply trending promotion codes on eligible accounts and removal of codes on underperformers as a matter of routine.

Analyze data of all streamers from third party sources to determine overall vendor performance and make strategic suggestions.

Provide streamer progress reports of any active talent to the associated third party supplier.

Ensure partners are equipped with necessary live-streaming strategies and app specific knowledge/materials in order to create a smooth onboarding experience.

Research the social media landscape, the influencer market, and content creation trends to help identify and pursue viable new partnership avenues.

Seek out connections and build relationships with potential new partners - agency or independent, and facilitate contract negotiations.

Maintain regular, efficient communication with assigned and recruited partners to ensure positive, professional relationships and obstacle resolution.

Requirements & Additional Preferences:

Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR the equivalent in industry experience

2-5 years working in Sales, Account Management, Vendor Relations, Business Partner Relations, Talent Management, or similar, within one of the preferred industries listed above

Preference for those applicants who can deliver warm leads upon hiring

Strong data analysis and reporting skills are a must. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office/GoogleDocs with the ability to chart and analyze data trends.

Hands on experience utilizing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management), VMS (Vendor Management System), or other similar Information Management Systems (Familiarity with HubSpot Pro is a plus)

Strong track record of building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships

Experience negotiating contracts with entities of all sizes

Effective communication skills across all mediums - i.e. text, email, video, phone, and face-to-face
