Talent Partner - Embedded

Mission

As an Embedded Talent Partner, you will be a pivotal member of the OfferZen Embedded team, responsible for providing a high-touch hiring service to our clients. This role blends talent acquisition expertise with account management.

You’ll help our customers hit their hiring needs by managing the client relationship, conducting role intakes, sourcing & engaging candidates. Your efforts will help our clients build strong teams by connecting candidates with opportunities where they can thrive.

What success looks like:

  • Consistently help clients fill their open roles with high-quality hires
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders (recruiters, HR, hiring managers etc) at our clients
  • Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for tech roles across different companies.
  • Provide outstanding candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with Embedded Talent Sourcers to meet or exceed targets

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new companies, guiding them through their first hire.
  • Lead role intake meetings to understand client hiring needs, organisational culture, and role requirements.
  • Act as the main client contact, offering regular recruitment updates and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Source candidates for clients using OfferZen and build a strong candidate pipeline with Talent Sourcers.
  • Reach out to candidates to assess their interest, availability, and fit for roles.
  • Conduct screening calls to evaluate qualifications and cultural alignment, while promoting the client’s brand.
  • Coordinate interviews and other recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and client communications.
  • Identify and implement improvements in sourcing and client management processes.

Background (Qualifications, Skills, Experience) 

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or account management, preferably in a related field.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and client relationships.
  • Experience in Agency / RPO will be beneficial.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process.
  • Experience working within a high-growth tech startup/scale-up is preferable.
