THE ROLE 📝
Form3 are looking for a Talent Partner for a period of 6-month as we’ve had a short-term need to recruit across our Engineering and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams . As a Talent Partner at Form3, you will recruit across multiple global teams, with a focus on attracting top-tier Senior Software Engineers, whilst also building out our GTM teams.
We’re a flexible, remote-first organisation and are therefore accepting both part-time (3-4 days) and full-time applications.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
You’ll be a technology specialist Talent Partner, with a solid foundation in recruitment across tech-first (and preferably startup) businesses. You’ll have extensive experience hiring Software Engineering (back-end) and exposure outside of technology, ideally within GTM (Sales).

We always aim to stick to the above process, however there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is needed for us to be sure we’re hiring the right person!
