About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Partner to join our small but impactful team for a 12-month parental leave cover, starting in January. Ideally, you will be available for onboarding for 5-10 days in December.

This role primarily supports our engineering and product teams, with some involvement in commercial recruitment. Based in Stockholm, you will collaborate with our teams in Sweden, the UK, and the US to drive business impact through strategic hiring. Our team is small and autonomous, with success driven by our expertise, passion, continuous process improvement, and a solution-focused approach to challenges.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to understand their hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines. You will engage in sourcing and research to identify top talent, managing candidate pipelines using our ATS to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our product and engineering teams globally, with a primary focus on Europe, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will also participate in developing, driving, and executing projects, recruitment trainings, and employer branding strategies. Throughout all recruitment activities, you will be a champion for our company culture, mission, and values

Who You Are
In this role, you should have experience in recruiting for tech and product teams, with the ability to independently drive processes and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. As a strong communicator, you thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with various stakeholders. You should be adaptable and open-minded, ready to embrace change in a fast-paced setting.

You should be skilled in building diverse talent pipelines and familiar with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.  Your strong operational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all local and system requirements are met before onboarding.

Additionally, you should be able to support roles across the entire business in all our markets globally when needed.  Previous experience or a passion for areas such as continuous process development, employer branding, and training hiring managers is a big plus, as these will be focus areas in 2025.

Why Join Us?
Join a team that values collaboration and is dedicated to providing an exceptional candidate experience. It’s a true learning experience ( and a lot of fun) to get to be a part of the daily challenges, victories, and the joy of working in a truly passionate team like ours. This role also  offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact our business and help us scale by attracting and hiring the best talent.

Please note, we are seeking a temporary employee for this role, so consultants need not apply at this time.

Acast is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin or any of the other wonderful characteristics that make us different.

Culture is our number one priority as a business. We believe people come first, and we work every day to enable autonomy, continuous improvement and bring out the best in people. We’re global and have remote teams, so it’s even more important that we strive for an open, inclusive and caring environment where everyone feels visible and welcome. We consider ourselves a modern organization driven by strong values to create the best, most fulfilling and nurturing culture.

We very much look forward to finding the next great person to join our cause!
