As a Talent Management intern, you will support the implementation of human resource strategy specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, and project management with the objective of establishing the best place to work and empowering A-Team to achieve the best version of themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Assist operational and administrative support for Talent Management and Organization Development activities such as performance review processes, organization structure and job description updates, succession planning and talent development preparation, etc. for both in Head Office and Field Office
- Support administrative tasks for Employee Assistance Program
- Helps administrative tasks and journey for Management Trainee programs
- Manage data and leverage analytics to measure impact of talent actions
- Involve in related TM projects and collaborate with other People & Culture teams to explore and identify potential improvement
- Involve in employee assessment and data processing
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Psychology
- Passionate in organizational development and talent management matters
- Attention to detail and familiarity with data processing tools (Excel, Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Possess can-do attitude and growth mindset
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to work both individually and collaboratively
- Nice to have exposure in project management
