What We're Looking For

This position reports directly to the Head of Talent Management. We want candidates who are collaborative, drive for results, are resourceful, demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills, and are passionate about Talent Management. If you are all these, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

Learning Coordinator:

  • Provide coordination and logistics support for the execution of development programs, all in-person and virtual workshops, Kick Offs, and celebrations, including equipment, materials, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist with research, preparation and delivery of development programs, both those built internally and those leveraging external partners
  • Liaise with other departments to confirm speakers and topics in training programs
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to identify strengths and weaknesses in programs and suggest improvements
  • Leverage LinkedIn Learning to find and propose tailored learning solutions, and embed into existing development programs
  • Prepare regular analytics reports on program completion metrics, event/session attendance, and LinkedIn Learning utilization for stakeholders, highlighting trends, feedback, and other relevant metrics
  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices in talent management, learning and development
  • Assists in creating marketing campaigns and ways to advertise our development programs

LMS Administrator:

  • Maintain Cross River’s Learning Management System (“LMS”), powered through Workday, and act as the internal LMS expert and administrator
  • Perform LMS administrative functions such as creating and managing courses, updating course properties, curricula, certifications, and enrolling users
  • Assign relevant instructor-led training (ILT), online training (OLT) and/or materials, evaluations, and surveys to LMS users per business requirements
  • Maintains records of training and development activities and attendance
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, and support

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain Talent Management team’s training budget; capture and update records and reports of expenses
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Talent Management team, including tracking expenses, preparing presentations, scheduling complex meetings, and other tasks
  • Partner with Procurement / Legal to set up, execute, and manage vendor contracts
  • Assist our People Experience team with other related projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in associated field to experience
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated learning and talent development experience
  • Excellent organizational, project management, time management skills; ability to juggle competing demands, along with flexibility to pivot due to changing priorities
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
  • Proficiency with various training platforms and tools, and video editing software.
  • Ability to design visually appealing presentations
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) is required; proficiency in Canva preferred
  • Knowledge of banking/finance industry regulatory compliance and standards is preferred
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and advance technologies required; Workday, LinkedIn Learning, and Canva knowledge is preferred

Salary: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
