PhonePe prioritizes building manager capability as managers are key to driving team performance and achieving organizational goals. As an L & D specialist you’ll be focussing on building core Expectations of a People Manager at PhonePe which are: Managers are critical in three areas: driving organizational goals, fostering a positive team environment, and enabling individuals to perform at their best across the employee lifecycle. The core job responsibilities will include:
Content Development

Content ideation: Develop content of programs and establish importance of these programs by ensuring relevance to the core job responsibilities of people managers

Stakeholder management: Create and enrich training content, pre and post program materials based on primary and secondary research by partnering with business leaders to capture the learning needs and ensure contextualization of content accordingly

Branding: Create push mechanisms to brand programs and create excitement amongst participants

Design program collaterals such as Handbooks, learning nuggets, goodies and presentations using Canva and other design tools

Journey consolidation: Identify courses and levers to enrich LMS in order to build a coherent learner journey.
Program management:

Program effectiveness: Ensuring effectiveness and end to end execution of in-house as well external training programs and ensuring seamless experience for participants with respect to content refinement, infrastructure and time management. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of programs and processes on an ongoing basis

Record keeping: Maintain and keep records of program learning resources, program improvements, keep microsite up-to-date with the latest session recordings, materials, and other relevant content, ensuring it's a go-to resource for our teams.
Vendor Management

Liaison with the finance teams by contextualizing and clearly explaining project requirements to BizFin, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Vendor relationship: Manage all aspects of vendor relationships and handling procurement processes from gathering requirements to coordinating documentation. Ensure that vendors are fully briefed on expectations and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Contract Review: Meticulously review vendor documents and agreements to identify and resolve any discrepancies. Your attention to detail will ensure that all contracts meet our standards and protect the organization’s interests.

Procurement Management: Handle the entire procurement process, from raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to tracking their progress. You will ensure that all approvals are obtained in a timely manner, keeping projects on schedule.

Payment and Closure: Oversee the payment process, ensuring that vendors are paid promptly and that contracts are closed efficiently.
Qualifiers:
- UG/PG with 2 years of experience
- Medium proficiency of Microsoft office - Excel, word, Canva etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and design skills
- Excellent program management, rigor and cross functional stakeholder management
- Ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
