For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Human Resources, Business, Management Information Systems, or related fields. The candidate who excels in this role will be instrumental in supporting performance management, leadership planning, HR reporting, and more. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office (site-based). You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Provide support for performance management programs by offering technical assistance in the HRIS system, SuccessFactors, and developing visual and written communication materials.
- Answer system and process related questions from a diverse audience.
- Closely partner with HRIS to support reporting capabilities, test system improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in assessing and improving evaluation methods for measuring efficiency of Talent Management programs.
- Coordinate and maintain electronic filing system archival of all talent materials.
- Provide additional Talent Management Project support on key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in business, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities with acute attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to develop collaboration with internal and external collaborators using a ‘customer centric’ approach.
- Demonstrable track record to handle critical and confidential information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and SAP SuccessFactors is considered an asset.
- Ability to speak in Spanish is a strong asset
