What you'll do:

The Talent Management Analyst will support the execution of Talent Management initiatives as part of Growth Group Talent Management team. Primary responsibilities will include the support of people processes such as capabilities assessments and performance reviews within our organization, as well as maintaining department monthly reports and communications to main stakeholders. 

  • Support the end-to-end Performance Management cycle for ABI’s Global Growth Group, encompassing a population of over 2,000 people globally 
  • Support the implementation of communication plans that advertise and develop engagement for the area’s activities. 
  • Lead training for employees at all levels regarding Talent Management processes 
  • Working closely with People Business partners to provide ongoing support on talent management activities.  
  • Proactively identify and support internal customer needs. 
  • Work with global AB InBev people organization to cascade updates and best practices to our teams, including updates to the OPR (Organizational People Review) process, LCM (Leadership Capability Model) approach, and performance tools. 
  • People Data: Utilize People data analytics to monitor and report on key metrics related to talent management using insights to make informed decisions and improve talent decisions.  
  • Establish tracking and measurement approach progress to report status to stakeholders.  
  • Work closely with other People Team functions, such rewards, culture, L&D, to ensure cohesive talent management delivery. 

What you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar positions 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in critical scope analysis and creating storytelling 
  • Feel comfortable when handling very sensitive information 
  • Disciplined adherence to established processes, and good organization 
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights 
  • Advanced Power Point, Excel and presentations Skills 
  • English (oral and written) is mandatory as most of our stakeholders are non-portuguese speaker
