- Delivering and Supervising Field Office Talent Strategy & Management - Business efforts and initiatives that directly/indirectly connect with Business Initiatives
- Partnering with Field Office Talent Strategy Management Lead and acting as thinking partner & project management office
- Supervising Field Office Talent Strategy Management Officer
Requirements
- Having the experience of handling Field Team in Financial Institution (banks, fintech, multifinance)
- Familiarities in creating HR Projects / HR framework. (Develop - Present - Implement)
- Good understanding on Financial Institution Business Flow
- 3-4 years collective experience within similar industries / role
- 3-4 years collective experience within Talent Management Function
- Experienced in leading Projects as Project PMO / Project Leader / Project Supervisor
